Song of the Day: Imaginary Friends by Telekinesis

Finally, the holidays are here! And if you're looking for some carefree, indie-pop goodness to tide you through the summer, look no further than 'Telekinesis!'- there's nothing here that's particularly profound or new- just some retro Shins-esque goodness that can be listened to again and again. Songs such as 'Imaginary Friend' never fail to put a smile on my face, despite the fact that said imaginary friends are now gone- I thought the silence after the first chorus was particularly tongue-in-cheek, as if to allow for a moments silence for all of the fictitious friends who are no longer with us.
